Our February meeting speakers will be Heather Hilton and Liz Vazquez of Hypnobirthing of Central Texas. They are gracing us with a great opportunity to learn different ways that Hypnosis can help with our children, spouses and general relaxation for ourselves. Both women share a practice that teaches the use of deep relaxation and self-hypnosis to ensure a gentle and healthy birthing experience through the Marie Mongan method of Hypnobirthing. Heather is also a Licensed Midwife and Liz is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Texas State trained Breastfeeding Educator and a Certified Consulting Hypnotist. The meeting should be full of great information about natural alternatives to help with everyday life for moms.

Hank Seyfarth from Unique Fire Safety. Hank works closely with the Travis County Sheriff’s Department and travels around the area, to speak about fire safety. He will focus educating our families about home fire safety, protecting our children and the importance of practicing fire drills 3-4 times a year. Since children tend to hide from the fire, it’s important to teach them the appropriate precautions. Very important information!
