One of the most important things
we do as a Club is provide support to each other and our community.
Our Sunshine Committee is ready to coordinate assistance for
Club members who need a little help. Whether it is a time of
joy or sorrow, the Sunshine Committee is ready to arrange meals
or childcare as needed.
The Club also supports outside charities that impact our community
at large:
Any Baby Can (ABC) – The Club
collects donations for ABC all year long. ABC provides prenatal,
parenting and child development education to at-risk families.
In addition, they provide therapies and support for children
with significant developmental delays, as well as helping families
who are caring for a child with special needs. All donations
are tax deductible, and receipts are available.
Race
for the Cure – Each year of the first Sunday of November,
our members walk and run to help raise money for the Susan G.
Komen Foundation to fund innovative breast cancer research and
community outreach programs. |
