North Austin Mothers' Club was founded in 1989 as the Far Northwest chapter of the Austin Preschool Mothers Club, which was itself established in 1925. Over the years, we grew and spun off as a separate entity in 2001. Most recently, we wanted to open the doors to all moms, not just those with preschool kids, so we changed our name to North Austin Mothers Club. We enjoy playgroups, field trips, craft activities, family playgroups where your partner is welcome to join, as well as moms only activities in the evenings.
Don't worry - we're not a group of perfect moms and you can always count on a judgement free zone. We're all on the same journey of motherhood and trying to do the best we can. We share our personal experiences, the highs and the lows, and offer camaraderie among all our moms and kiddos.
The purpose of the club:

The purpose of the club:
- Provide support and enrichment to members in their role as mothers
- Expand members’ knowledge of the emotional, physical, cognitive, and social development of children
- Give back to others through community outreach to moms and families in need
